The Athienitika products of Sergiou Bakeries invite you to taste them.

The bakery tradition was born in the Sergiou family around the end of the 19th century, when our great-grandmother kneaded all kinds of baked goods for the family with exceptional mastery and love.

The tradition of baking passed from generation to generation, and in 1979 we decided to create our own bakery.

The traditional recipes and the art of our ancestors, combined with village flour and the pure ingredients we use, form the basis of the recipes for our range of Athienitika products, which include rusks (paximadia), koulouris (cookies/biscuits), and biscuits.
